July 19, Fineko/abc.az. By the relevant order of Justice Minister, Elchin Nasibov has been appointed to the post of the Head of the Main Department of Legislation of the Ministry of Justice.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Justice.

Nasibov began his career in the Ministry of Justice in 1997, working in various positions, was directly involved in the development of draft legislative acts, issuing opinions on projects.

In 2006-2017, he worked as the head of the Department of Administrative & Military Regulations of the Main Department of Legislation, and since 2017, before being appointed to this position, he was deputy head of the Main Department of Legislation.
