July 19, Fineko/abc.az. Indian company ONGC Videsh Limited has signed a final agreement with Norway’s Equinor on the purchase and sale of 0.615% equity interest in Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) project and on acquisition of 0.737% of shares in BTC Co pipeline company (the operator of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Indian company.

The total investment in these acquisitions will amount to $60 million. The deal is expected to finish in the coming months.

“These acquisitions are in addition to ONGC Videsh's existing 2.31% stake in ACG project and 2.36% in BTC pipeline,” the company says.
