July 19, Fineko/abc.az. The real estate property will be put up for auction to be held on August 16 by the State Service for Property Issues.

ABC.AZ reports that 16 properties on the balance sheet of NBCO Aqrarkredit CJSC will be put up for auction.

Among the objects put up for auction are 1 individual residential building and 15 agricultural land plots.

The area of an individual residential building is 155.9 sq m, and the area of land plots ranges from 0.31 – 36.59 hectares. The starting price at the auction varies within the range 5,589 – 31,970 manats.

The auction applicants can choose objects at website emlak.gov.az or privatization.az.
