July 22, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jun 2024, 17 insurance companies in Azerbaijan gathered 725.162 million manats of premiums (11.7% more against Jan-Jun 2023), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank.

The amount of payments made by insurance companies totaled 356.633 million manats (58.5% more than a year ago).

For the past 6 months, out of every 100 manats of premiums collected on the insurance market, 49.2 manats were paid. Over Jan-Jun 2023, this figure reached 34.7 manats.
