July 23, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, the loss rate for compulsory civil liability insurance of motor vehicle owners has decreased (the ratio of payment and collection).

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Central Bank that for Jan-Jun 2024, the loss rate on this type of insurance made up 73%.

During this period 79.6 million manats were collected on compulsory car insurance, 57.957 million manats were paid.

The unprofitability of this type exceeds 7% versus Jan-Jun 2023.

Over Jan-Jun 2023, this figure was 63%.
