July 23, Fineko/abc.az. In the first half of 2024, NBCOs’ liabilities in Azerbaijan amounted to 479.9 million manats.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan that NBCO's liabilities increased by 120.2 million manats or 33% for past half of this year.

The funds raised accounted for 202.4 million manats of liabilities, including 137.1 million manats of loans from banks, and 65.3 million manats of obligations on loans from other financial institutions.

In annual comparison, the funds raised increased by 62.2 million manats (44%), liabilities for loans from banks - by 30.7 million manats (29%), and liabilities for loans from other financial institutions - by 31.5 million manats (93%).

Securities liabilities decreased by 9.1 million manats (14%) to 55.4 million manats.

NBCOs’ other liabilities grew by 73.6 million manats, or 60%, to 195.9 million manats for Jan-Jun 2024.
