July 24, Fineko/abc.az. In the first half of 2024, the total balance sheet capital of Azerbaijan's credit unions amounted to 9.1 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the CBA that the figure is 400,000 manats or 4% less than for Jan-Jun 2023.

The balance sheet capital of credit unions for 6 months of last year reached 9.5 million manats.

Of the balance sheet capital, 7.5 million manats accounted for the authorized capital and 1.7 million manats for retained earnings.

In annual comparison, the authorized capital decreased by 100,000 manats (2%) and the volume of retained earnings - by 200,000 manats (25%).
