July 24, Fineko/abc.az. An auction will be held at the Baku Auction Center tomorrow.

ABC.AZ reports that real estate held on the balance sheet of Bank of Azerbaijan OJSC, liquidated by the Deposit Insurance Fund, will be auctioned for 1 lot each.

Two land plots will be put up for auction:

1) An agricultural land plot with an area of 8.31 hectares, located in Alatli village of Hajigabul district, with initial selling price of 20,000 manats.

2) An agricultural land plot with an area of 12.3624 hectares, located in Alatli village of Hajigabul district, with initial selling price of 30,000 manats.

5 percent of the sale price must be paid to the auction organization as a deposit.

The purchase price must be paid within 7 calendar days.

Necessary documents for participation in the open auction: identity card of an individual, constituent documents of a legal entity.
