July 24, Fineko/abc.az. The excise rate on disposable electronic cigarettes, hookahs and their substitutes in the amount of one piece has been increased from 0.25 to 2 manats.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the amendment made by the Cabinet Ministers of Azerbaijan to the resolution "Excise rates on excisable goods imported into the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan".

The excise rate for 1,000 pieces of tobacco products imported into Azerbaijan and containing tobacco or regenerated tobacco intended for inhalation has been increased from 14 to 16 manats.

This decision should enter into force 30 (thirty) days after its publication.
