July 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has completed an open tender procedure for voluntary and compulsory insurance of real estate, as well as compulsory insurance of civil liability related to the operation of real estate.

ABC.AZ reports, with reference to the unified Internet portal of public procurement, that PAŞA Sığorta OJSC became the winner of the tender.

The winning company will be paid 4,804,600 manats.

As part of the insurance service, 14,261 real estate worth 1.762 billion manats (including 2,604 objects in Baku, 5,608 objects in Sumgayit and 6,049 objects in Khirdalan) will be insured for a period of 3 years on these types of insurance.
