July 26, Fineko/abc.az. During the first half of 2024, 2,889 people applied to the State Migration Service to obtain a residence permit in Azerbaijan, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Service.

The SMS made 9,415 decisions on violations of the requirements of administrative legislation. Of the decisions, 4,796 ones were applied without leaving Azerbaijan.

Having paid the imposed fine, 2,379 people asked to leave the country.
