Iran's trade turnover with its neighbors increased by 6%

July 26, Fineko/abc.az. In the 4 months of 2024 (after March 21, according to the Iranian calendar), Iran's trade turnover with neighboring countries totaled $19.82 million, an increase of 6% against the same term of last year — $18.687 million, ABC.AZ reports, referring to Mehr agency.

Trade relations with neighboring countries have grown up to $60.7 million over the past 4 years. Four years ago, this figure was $36.5 million.

Located on the Asian continent, Iran borders 15 countries, including Iraq, Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Oman, Russia, Kazakhstan and Bahrain.

Among them, Top 3 of trading partners of Iran includes the UAE, Türkiye and Iraq.
