July 26, Fineko/abc.az. Subsidiary of Agrotrade Supply LLC (ATS) ATS Food LLC has increased its authorized capital.

ABC.AZ reports that the authorized capital of EATS Food LLC was increased by 16.2 million manats, or by 40.3%.

Thus, the authorized capital now amounts to 56.534 million manats.

ATS Food LLC was created after the division into two parts of the country's largest food production company, Delta Group Co LLC

The company's capital was divided into two parts, half of which was acquired by Agrotrade Supply LLC.
