July 26, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jun 2024, 357.728 million manats were collected in Azerbaijan on life insurance and 183.336 million manats on non-life insurance.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank that the life insurance premiums increased by 24% and non-life insurance premiums by 0.8%.

For the past 6 months , the life insurance premiums amounted to 288.78 million manats and the non-life insurance premiums —  181.874 million manats.

In the 1st half of this year, the amount of payments on types of life insurance reached 233.94 million manats and on types of "non-life" insurance - 61.916 million manats.
