Finances allocated from budget to vocational education institutions increased

July 29, Fineko/abc.az. Budget allocations for the maintenance of vocational education institutions have been increased.

ABC.AZ reports that Jeyhun Keremov, the director of the State Agency for Vocational Education, stated about this at a briefing on the process of admission of students to vocational educational institutions.

He noted that over the past five years, finances allocated for the maintenance of vocational education institutions have increased by 50%.

"We expect that this year the enrollment of students in professional educational institutions will also increase. The admission plan is 40% for Baku and 60% for the regions. We have maximized reception in many of our businesses. According to the changes already made to the curriculum, this year classes in two shifts will be organized in many professional educational institutions in Baku," he said.
