July 31, Fineko/abc.az. Four Azerbaijani army soldiers died in Lachin, presumably from poisoning while bathing in a sulfurous thermal spring.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that the bodies of servicemen - Captain Asif Emnaliyev, Ensign Farid Jabrayilov, soldiers of long-term active military service Sergeant Tural Samedov and Sergeant Emin Shahmarli were found in a sulfurous thermal spring in the territory of Lachin district.

"According to the preliminary version, the servicemen were poisoned on July 30 while bathing in the spring during off-duty hours. The leadership of the Ministry of Defense expresses its deep condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased servicemen," the statement says.
