August 1, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has approved the "Rules for granting taxpayers access to information from other taxpayers contained in the tax authority".

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision.

According to the decision, the rules were developed in accordance with the Tax Code and determine the procedure for a taxpayer to obtain access to information contained in the tax authority of other taxpayers providing him with goods (works, services) during business transactions, volume and limits of the information provided, as well as the procedure for keeping records of requests submitted for information.

The concepts used in the rules express the meanings provided for by the Tax Code and other regulatory legal acts.

Information is provided only on persons questioned and registered as taxpayers, with the exception of state authorities, local governments and budgetary organizations.
