The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has called a condition on which Armenia will be able to join railway project Baku-Tbilisi-Kars.

Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has stated that if Armenia wants to join railway project Baku-Tbilisi-Kars, it should liberate the occupied territories.

"Joint venture for project management is under creation, and our position is that if Armenia wants to join the project, it must first of all withdraw the occupied lands, the conflict must be settled," Mammadyarov stated.
