August 1, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has amended the "List of documents for determining the rights of individuals to tax benefits in calculating the tax withheld from wages", approved by a resolution from January 4, 2001.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a relevant decree.

According to the decision, not only widows (husbands) of deceased or subsequently deceased servicemen, but also their children can submit documents to determine the right to tax benefits.
