August 2, Fineko/abc.az. The new chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund has been appointed.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the ADIF, the new chair is Guler Pashayeva, general director of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).

Until now, she has been deputy chairman of the Board and replaced Togrul Aliyev, another general director of the CBA, as chairman.

Another CBA general director Shahin Mahmudzade was entrusted with execution of the former position of Pashayeva.

Other members of the Board are still Elnur Aliyev (First Deputy Minister of Economy), Sadig Aliyev (Head of the Strategic Planning & Innovation Department of the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection of the Population), Ziyaddin Allahverdiyev (Head of the Financial Services Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance), Abbas Ibrahimov (chairman of board at the International Bank of Azerbaijan) and Rovshan Allahverdiyev (chairman of the Supervisory Board at Kapitalbank).
