August 5, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has issued indefinite licenses to PulPal LLC to operate an e-money organization and to Global Innovations LLC to operate as a payment organization.

The license was issued in accordance with the Law on Payment Services & Payment Systems, ABC.AZ with reference to the CBA.

"The assessment of other organizations that have applied for a license for payment services is currently ongoing," the CBA said.
Earlier, the CBA issued perpetual licenses to A-Solutions LLC, United Payment LLC, Modenis LLC, PashaPay LLC, Mobile Payment Solutions LLC and Paysis LLC, and MPay CJSC, giving the right to act as an electronic money payment organization, and to Token Azerbaycan LLC as a payment organization. Thus, the number of organizations licensed in this field has reached 10.
