August 5, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st half of this year, 17.8 million manats were paid to the budget from the lease of immovable state property in Azerbaijan (10.1% more against Jan-Jun 2023).

ABC.AZ reports that according to the Ministry of Economy, with reference to the State Service for Property Issues (under the Ministry of Economy), 308 new lease agreements for non-residential premises were concluded for Jan-Jun 2024.
3.3 million manats were transferred from the lease of non-residential premises to the State Budget.

A new lease agreement was concluded for 1,518 land plots. The amount of 14.5 million manats has been paid to the State Budget from the lease of land plots.
In just six months, 1,826 new lease agreements for non-residential and land plots were concluded. Compared with Jan-Jun 2023, the number of lease agreements concluded grew by 4.88%.
