August 6, Fineko/abc.az. The Armenian leadership decided not to send military personnel to the exercises to be held in Kyrgyzstan on September 3- 15. The reason for the refusal is not given.

ABC.AZ reports that the CSTO said that during the exercises in Kyrgyzstan they will work out an operation to resolve the armed conflict in the Central Asian region.

Armenia is also not on the list of participating countries in CSTO exercises Cobalt 2024, which will be held in Novosibirsk on August 14-16. Earlier, Yerevan began consultations with the U.S. to reform the armed forces on NATO standards.
