August 6, Fineko/abc.az. ADNOC has signed a long-term LNG supply agreement for 800,000 tons a year with Osaka Gas on Ruwais LNG project. 

ABC.AZ reports that mainly LNG will be supplied from ADNOC project on production of low-carbon LNG Ruwais LNG. This project is currently being developed in the industrial city of Al-Ruwais, located in Abu Dhabi. It is expected to start its commercial activity in 2028.

According to the agreement, LNG cargoes will be shipped to destination ports, which are Osaka Gas and its Singapore subsidiary Osaka Gas Energy Supply & Trading Pte.
The agreement with Osaka Gas is one of several long-term LNG sales commitments that ADNOC has signed with international partners for Ruwais LNG project. These partners commit themselves to purchase up to 70% of total production of the project.
