August 27, Fineko/abc.az, The Federal Statistical Office of Germany (Destatis) released the final data on Germany's economic growth for the second quarter of the year. The report, obtained by ABC.AZ, reveals that the German economy, Europe's largest, contracted by 0.1% in Q2 compared to the previous quarter due to a decline in investments.

Germany experienced growth of 0.4% in the last quarter of the previous year and 0.2% in the first quarter of the current year.
