August 30, Fineko/abc.az. The distribution of shares among shareholders of Bakı Sığorta OJSC has changed.

ABC.AZ reports, citing the insurance company, that Najafov Behbud Chingiz oglu and Rahimov Murad Arif oglu sold a total of 13.89% of shares to Bank Respublika.

As a result, the bank's stake in Bakı Sığorta increased from 79.42% to 93.32%.

Currently, another shareholder, Ekolizinq LLC, owns 6.68% of shares or 785 shares.
