September 5, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has endorsed the Rules of carriage of goods by rail.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision in this regard.

Based on the decision, regulatory acts establish requirements for the organization and performance of freight transportation by rail in the country, as well as regulate the relationship that arises between the shipper (consignee) and the carrier.

According to the rules, for the carriage of goods by rail, with the exception of orders containing information constituting a state secret, the shipper will submit to the carrier an order for the carriage of goods through the carrier's Internet information resource.

In addition, the order form for transportation, as well as the dispatch of the order, will be published on the carrier's website.
