September 5, Fineko/abc.az. The number of employees in the communications sector has increased in Azerbaijan, as well as their average monthly salary.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that as of July 1, 2024, the number of communication workers was 15,707 people.

This means that the figure for the same period in 2023 is 4.5% more than 15,030 people.

The average monthly salary in the communications sector grew by 19.2% compared to last year and amounted to 2,045.4 manats. At that, for the same period of 2023, the monthly salary reached 1,716.4 manats.
