September 11, Fineko/abc.az. Our country produced GDP of 80.96 million manats for Jan-Aug 2024, or 4.3% more versus Jan-Aug 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the State Statistics Committee, value added in the oil & gas sector of the economy increased by 0.2%, and in the non–oil/gas sector by 7.0%.

Industry accounted for 37.9% of GDP production, 9.7% for trade; vehicle repairs, 7.0% for transport and warehousing, 6.1% for construction, 6.0% for agriculture, forestry and fishing, 2.5% for tourist accommodation and catering, 1.8% for ICT industry and 18.9% - for other industries, and net taxes on products and imports made up 10.1% of GDP.

GDP per capita was 7,941.3 manats.
