The complaint was investigated

August 21, Fineko/abc.az.  The complaint filed to the "Hotline" of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources regarding the coal mining in the Toghana village of Goygol district was investigated by employees of the Ministry.
During the investigation, residents of Toghana village of Goygol region found that coal was prepared illegally from wood material in the yard lands by Mazahir Gurbanov and Mamed Suleymanov.
A protocol was drawn up on law-breakers and each was fined under the Code of Administrative Offenses amounting to AZN 300. The term "mandatory instruction" was mandatory for the removal of coal wells.
