September 19, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has issued licenses to K Group LLC for activity of an e-money organization, to M.A.X Sistemləri Plyus LLC and Cibpay LLC for activity of a payment organization and to Azərikard LLC for activity of an e-money organization and a payment system operator.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the CBA that the license is issued on the basis of the Law on Payment Services & Payment Systems, and currently evaluation of applications from other organizations is ongoing, the Central Bank stressed.

Thus, the number of licensed organizations in this field has reached 17.
