September 19, Fineko/abc.az. American payment system PayPal has been introducing a commission for Russians for inactive accounts since October 7.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the updated user agreement on company's website.

The commission is charged once a year from accounts with positive balance that have not been active for the last 12 months.

The requirement applies to personal and corporate accounts.

The service extension will cost 3,500 rubles.
