September 27, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani Finance Minister Samir Sharifov has clarified the allegations that there will be devaluation in the country.

ABC.Z reports, quoting the minister: "When we presented the draft state budget for next year to the Milli Majlis, our calculations were based on the current exchange rate. The fact that there will be devaluation in our country is nothing more than rumors. I don’t want to comment on this issue," the minister said.

According to Finnce Ministry’s report, in the macroeconomic forecasts provided by the Ministry of Economy, the manat exchange rate to the US dollar for 2025-2028 is taken at a stable level this year. According to forecasts, in the medium term, household incomes will grow to 112.5 billion manats in 2028, and expenses to 107.9 billion manats.
