September 30, Fineko/abc.az. As of September 1, 2024, the mortgage loan portfolio of Azerbaijani banks amounted to 4.97 bn manats.

ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the monthly statistical bulletin published by the Central Bank. The loan portfolio increased by 77.5 million manats (1.9%) over the month, by 467.8 million manats (12.9%) compared to the end of last year, and by 637.1 million manats (18.4%) over the year.

The portfolio of mortgage loans as of August 1, 2024 amounted to 4.19 bn manats, as of January 1 – 3.629 bn manats, for the same period of last year – 3.459 bn manats.
