September 30, Fineko/abc.az. The premiums and compensation and payments within compulsory real estate insurance observed growth in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to CBA report that for Jan-Aug 2024 the premiums on this type of insurance amounted to 62.559 million manats (845,000 manats or 1% less versus the 2023 same term — 63.4 million manats).
During this period,compensation  payments on this type of insurance totaled 2.4 million manats (2.694 million manats, or 2.3-fold less than a year earlier).

Over Jan-Aug 2023, the insurance payments were made for 4.737 million manats.
The loss rate was 3% (4% less than a year ago - 7%).
