Taleh Kazimov: Reforms are underway to bring Azerbaijan's financial sector to a new level of development

October 1, Fineko/abc.az. All-round reforms for bringing the financial sector of Azerbaijan a qualitatively new level of development are being successfully implemented.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Central Bank, that the statement was made by CBA chairman Taleh Kazimov at the CBA event organized on the occasion of the 105th anniversary of the establishment of the Central Bank in Azerbaijan.

Speaking at the event, Kazimov spoke about the history of the Central Bank, which has gone a long way in development, and stressed that after gaining independence in the banking and financial system of the country, the reforms of great leader Heydar Aliyev, designed to achieve long-term goals, still make an important contribution to progress.

He noted that comprehensive reforms have been successfully carried out under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev to bring the country's financial sector to a qualitatively new level of development. Kazimov underlined active participation of all employees of the bank in the ongoing reforms and wished success in achieving the goals set.

During his speech, he thanked the employees who attended the meeting and worked for the Central Bank for a long time for their contribution to development of the organization and the sector.

It is noted that the bank's staff, headed by Kazimov, visited the grave of National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honor the day before.

The participants of the visit laid flowers at the grave of the great leader and honored his memory.
