October 1, Fineko/abc.az. In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, an increase in the minimum wage and minimum pension in the country will be provided from next year.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection of the Population that Labor Minister Sahil Babayev said about this at a board meeting of the department he leads. The meeting provided information on the work done to improve the regulatory framework in the field of labor, pensions, disability and other areas as continuation of social reforms. It was brought to the attention that more than 20 draft regulatory legal acts related to creation of non-state pension funds have been prepared.

At the meeting, the board approved 26 more professional and qualification standards in the field of electrical engineering, trade, and mining. Work and future goals in the fields of labor, employment, social insurance, retirement, disability, social security, finance and procurement were discussed.
