October 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has amended the Procedure for the appointment, accrual, recalculation, transfer and payment of labor pensions from one type to another.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the decision, the payment of a labor pension by the pension subsystem will be automatically suspended if there is a copy of the court decision that has entered into force on the transfer of a child (children) to the care of a man in connection with deprivation of parental rights or divorce of a woman, as well as a copy of the death certificate of a woman, on recognition of a woman missing or deceased.

According to the current decision, so far this has extended to those cases when the mother was provided with a copy of the death certificate or a court decision on deprivation of maternity.
