October 10, Fineko/abc.az. PRECOMP 29 has started in Baku on October 10.

ABC.AZ informs that President-designate of COP29, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan Mukhtar Babayev, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technologies of the UAE and President of COP28 Sultan Al Jabir, First Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations Amina Mohammadi attended the opening ceremony of the event on the theme "To increase ambitions and stimulate action to combat climate change" at the Heydar Aliyev Center. Simon Still, Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the Chairman of the subsidiary executive body  Nabil Munir.

The event will last two days.
