October 15, Fineko/abc.az. A project of a large central park will start in Fuzuli in the near future, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Karabakh Revival Fund chairman of board Rahman Hajiyev.
"Various projects are underway in the liberated territories with KRF’s financial support. Most of them are commissioned by other governmental agencies and funded by the KRF. The Fund also allocated money for creation of tourist infrastructure around Shahbulag fortress. It is planned to create a large central park in the city of Fuzuli with various facilities, including restaurants, playgrounds and sports grounds, bridges and other structures. This project is already at the stage of expertise, and its implementation will begin in the near future," Hajiyev said.
Hajiyev emphasized that with Fund’s support, several objects such as the ancient Karavan-Saray and the museum building will be restored in the city of Shusha.
"An environmental project has been implemented in the city of Fuzuli and in Zangilan district. In the near future, together with the Ministry of Culture, the Fund will begin financing the creation of memorial complexes in Karabakh. There are many similar projects," Hajiyev added.
