October 24, Fineko/abc.az. Foreign individuals can obtain an enhanced e-signature without coming to Azerbaijan, ABC.AZ reports, quoting State Tax Service’s deputy head Samira Musayeva.

She added that in order to ensure full digitalization, the guidance documents indicate where a foreign citizen can apply for an enhanced e-signature.

It takes 5 days for state registration of a foreign individual in Azerbaijan, and 12 days for registration of a foreign legal entity.
