We managed to bring money into the country, we managed to launch projects and there are a lot of them. The citizens know this," ABC.AZ reports, citing Moldovan President Maia Sandu.

"I talked about investments with many investors and wanted more investments to come to Moldova. You know what investors tell me: there is a war going on at your border, and we must take care of the reliability of investments. And they tell me: we will return when you enter the EU. That's what they say: we really like you, Moldova is an extraordinary country, and we want to come to Moldova, but our investments will be safe when you are in the EU," Sandu said.

She added that thanks to investments in Moldova, more jobs will be created, budget revenues will increase and living conditions of citizens will improve.
