November 4, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev signed an order appointing Jabbar Musayev as the head of the Nakhchiva City Executive Power.

ABC.AZ reports that the information was distributed by Presidential Administration’s press service.

Jabbar Musayev was born on January 10, 1981 in the city of Nakhchivan. He received his higher education in Ankara, and in 2007 graduated with honors from the Master's degree program of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a degree in Finance & Credit.

Since April 18, 2016, prior to this appointment, he was the Head of the Staff of the State Statistics Committee.
