 November 15, Fineko/abc.az. A land plot of 2,000 manats per 100 sq m will be offered for 15,000 manats.

ABC.AZ informs that speech is about Alat settlement of Garadagh district of Baku.

Property expert Elnur Farzaliyev noted that the renovation of infrastructure and the construction of the airport have affected real estate prices in the area.

The expert stressed that the currently proposed land plots in this territory at 2,000 manats per 100 sq m, according to forecasts, will grow up to 6,000 manats by 2026. After the airport is put into operation, the land plot offered for 2,000 manats will be offered for 15,000 manats.

The airport (completion of its construction is scheduled for 2026) will include 8 aircraft parking lots, a 4,000-m runway, taxi roads, an air traffic control center, fuel and fire services and other related facilities.

The new facilities will have access to the Baku International Trade Sea Port, extensive railway and automobile hubs, as well as to the new airport.
