November 15, Fineko/abc.az. Armenia has sent a proposal to Azerbaijan on unblocking regional communications.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of the Parliamentary Commission on Foreign Relations Sargis Shadanyan made the relevant statement to journalists.

"I can't go into details, but in general, the spirit of those proposals comes from project Crossroads of the World, based on the sovereignty of the two countries," he said.

According to Shadanyan, no response has yet been received from Azerbaijan.

The Crossroads of the World, developed by the Armenian government, involves unblocking transport links with Azerbaijan and integrating them into the infrastructure of the entire region.
