November 16, Fineko/abc.az. International rating agency Fitch has once again confirmed the long-term credit rating of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund.

ABC.AZ reports that according to agency's assessment, AMCGF’s long-term rating in foreign and national currency was confirmed at the level of BBB-/Stable, which is equivalent to the country's rating.

This rating is of strategic importance in development of the business environment by providing the population with housing on favorable terms, simplifying the financing of small and medium-sized businesses.

Since 2009, Fitch has been evaluating AMCGF’s activities and publishing an independent credit rating.
