 November 16, Fineko/abc.az. The land plot, which is in state ownership in the administrative territory of Fuzuli district, is defined as the territory of renewable energy sources.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, the Cabinet Ministers has made a decision.

According to the decision, a land plot with an area of 482.0 hectares, which is in state ownership, is defined as a territory of renewable energy sources for construction of a solar power plant with capacity of 160 MW.

The Ministry of Energy has been instructed to take measures to select an electric energy producer in the territory of renewable energy sources, defined by this decision, in accordance with the requirements of the Procedure for selecting an electric energy producer in the territory of renewable energy sources approved by Presidential Decree #2285 from August 2, 2023.
