November 18, Fineko/abc.az. In 2025, the authorized capital of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund will be increased by 100 million manats in order to give preferential mortgage loans.

ABC.AZ informs that Finance Minister Samir Sharifov said this at a meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship during the discussion of the Bill on State Budget 2025.

He added that this will undoubtedly have positive impact on improving the housing supply of the population.

Currently, the authorized capital of the fund is 1.68 billion manats.
