November 27, Fineko/abc.az. Agricultural lands near settlements within the boundaries of populated settlements of rural and settlement territorial units in the occupation-liberated territories of Azerbaijan will be leased to residents of villages and settlements (for annual and multi-year sowing) on preferential terms in accordance with the procedure determined by the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority.

ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the amendment to the Law on Land Lease, approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

Under law, agricultural lands in the occupation-liberated territories will be leased to business entities through investment tenders in accordance with the procedure determined by the body (institution) defined by the relevant executive authority.
