November 28, Fineko/abc.az. Working days and weekends have been postponed in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs that the relevant resolution was adopted by the Cabinet Ministers.

According to the decree, in order to ensure the consistency of working days and weekends, December 30, 2024 and January 3, 2025 were rearranged from December 28 and 29, 2024, respectively.

Next year, January 4 and 5 fall on Saturday and Sunday. Thus, 7 days in a row - December 30-31, 2024, January 1-5, 2025 are non-working days.

The first working day of the new year will be January 6.
